Perfecționarea metodelor de evaluare a impactului de reglementare a activităţii antreprenoriale Prodan-Şestacova, Liubovi The purpose of the thesis: researching of the degree of state intervention in economy and developing of a complex and flexible system of impact evaluation indicators regarding entrepreneurial activity. The objectives of the research: (1) research of theoretical concepts of evaluation and identification of its role in execution of regulation function in public management; (2) analysis of institutional and legal framework of public policy’s and regulation’s evaluation in Republic of Moldova; (3) opportunity determination of methods and techniques of regulatory impact assessment regarding entrepreneurial activity; (4) analysis of RIA documents, developed in Republic of Moldova and evaluation of Regulatory Reform; (5) developing of regulatory impact assessment indicator’s system for entrepreneurial activity in Republic of Moldova.
