Abstract:
This article deals with the management of the university departament the approach of the structure planning, organization functions, motivation, co-ordination and stalt’s evaluation. To serve the purpose a catalogue was suggested for thu purpose a catalogue was suggested for the departament, a dailyregister of the luad of the departament, it is emphasized the staff’s job assurance in accordance witu ergonomics’ reguirements.
