Abstract:
Te United States of America is the promoter of performance management implementation in public
administration and is characterized by not only assessing individual performance but also evaluating
collective and organizational performance and has established a strong culture of performance through
effective performance management processes that are designed to promote managerial decision-making,
according to real data, to measure progress towards specifc objectives, in line with the legislative framework.
