Abstract:
This article reflects several elements of the system of continuous professional development
of civil servants in the Republic of Moldova. It is mentioned the normative framework that
regulates the process of civil servants’ training, as well as the normative framework that
contains provisions regarding the actions to be carried out to ensure the development of the
professional competences of the civil servants. In particular, attention has been paid to aspects
aimed at ensuring the quality of training by setting out more recommendations in this regard.
Also, the article contains proposals regarding the actions necessary to be taken at the system
level of the civil servants’ management in order to ensure the professional development of civil
servants.
