Abstract:
This article constains a comprehensive analysis of the legal report elements of social assistance.
In this context, an extensive research was done on their charateristic features under te appearance
of these social relations. The legal status of the subject’s categories of the social assistance institution
and their defining features were highlighted, as well as the system of social benefits that constitute the
object of the legal report of social assistance.
