Abstract:
As a current phenomenon, political management is understudied and inefficiently used by political
parties. The transition to a democratic society is directly proportional to the solution of the political management
problem. The theory refers, especially, to the Republic of Moldova, which is modernizing its society,
approaching to the European standards. Another important theme for the Moldovan political parties is
the issue of developing internal democracy, because its lack, in our opinion, is the disease of the political
management in the Moldovan parties and stagnates the process of European integration.
