Abstract:
The article describes the history of the Moscow International Relations Institute, which was opened on 14 October 1944, based on the international relations department of the Moscow State University „M.V. Lomonosov”. From 1959,
the following departments are activating: International Relations with sections:
western, eastern and International Economic Relations with sections: trade, currency relations, lending. An evening section was also opened for the International
Economic Relations Department. Currently, the International Relations Institute
from Moscow prepares specialists in the areas: international relations, political
science, global economy, legal study, management, journalism. The studies are
based on the study plan, and the students have the possibility to follow additionally optional courses. In conclusion, the author mentions the future objectives of
the institution.
