Abstract:
In the article Creation and development of the diplomatic service in Belarus
Republic, the author describes the stages of creation and development of the diplomatic service in Belarus Republic. At the beginning of the XXI century, the diplomatic service in the Belarus Republic is defined as part of the state apparatus.
The author mentions that at the moment the Belarus Republic has created a network of consulates that includes 172 states, while in 48 states they are embassies
opened. In conclusion the author mentions that the process of creating an efficient diplomatic service is complex, it requiring centuries. The efficiency of the
diplomatic service is determined by the professionalism of the diplomats.
