The study represents a complex analysis of public policies in the field of national cultural heritage, carried out within the framework of Moldovan public administration reforms. It examines the programs for public administration reform in the field of cultural heritage protection.
This research points out the Central Public Administration authorities responsible for implementing reforms, based on cultural policies, to safeguard the cultural heritage.
The investigation allowes us to conclude that nowadays the most important requirement for the Republic of Moldova is to determine, within the public administration reform, the methods for improving the ways of national cultural heritage protection, and the methods for public policy implementation in this field. At the same time, we clarified that public authorities need to develop a sustainable intercultural dialogue with the EU countries on cultural policy and cooperation at international forums. These measures can broaden the cultural diversity, as well as preserve and prove the value of the national cultural and historical heritage. |
