Abstract:
The decision-making process is one of the most common and important activities of human beings. Each action or activity is based on a specific decision. Every person is constantly deciding on a wide variety of different subjects. We all know, from our individual experience, that there are good and bad decisions, so a natural question arises. Are there any rules or proce- dures for decision-making that “guarantee” that the final result is a “good” decision? So, in this article, we are going to continue our research by analyzing those structural elements, which are important for a decision act. The decision factor (decider), the problem situation, the decisional objects, the multitude of decisional alternatives, decisional criteria, the consequences for each alternative, and the making of the choice are the component elements which each decision-making process should encounter for its rationality.
