Abstract:
The EU recommendations focus on bringing administrative authorities closer to each other, resolving amicable administrative conflicts more quickly, without asking the courts, reducing costs and reducing time to resolve, merging the principle of equity and the letter of the law. Promoting mediation and other alternative methods in this area requires parties to provide adequate information on the possibility of resorting to alternative means and a mechanism that would guarantee fair procedures to ensure respect for the rights of the parties. In this sense, it remains the duty of each state to promote stimulating internal policies for justice, citizens, and public administrations, to create competitive alternative services.
