Abstract:
The article analyzes the monitoring by the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of the Moldovan parliamentary elections of 24 February 2019. It highlights the purpose and purpose of these organizations in the conduct of parliamentary elections, specifying that monitoring activities are one of the forms of participation of social organizations and citizens in the electoral process, as well as contributing to the civic education of the population.
